I am a Salon Scale Stylist. What does that mean? I measure how much color I use on each and every guest on a scale that tells me how much it costs me down to the penny. Every service has a base price (labor)+ Salon Scale color cost (parts). Just like when you go to the mechanic or anywhere else it's parts+labor.
