Cancellation Policy:

I understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your scheduled appointment. To ensure the best experience for all of my clients and to help me manage my schedule effectively, I have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice:

• You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to the entire amount of the scheduled service.

2. Appointment Retainer:

• To secure your appointment, I require a non-refundable appointment retainer. This retainer will be applied towards the cost of your scheduled service.

3. Multiple Consecutive Cancellations:

• If you cancel more than two consecutive appointments without a 24-hour notice, you will be required to be added to my waitlist before you can reschedule. I value all of my clients' time, and this policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all. 

4. Late Arrival Policy:

• I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without prior communication to let me know about the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. I strive to provide timely and quality services to all of my clients, and punctuality is essential to maintain the integrity of my scheduling.
